Holiday Letting Terms & Conditions

1    The holiday letting will be between the Holidaymaker and the  Owner of the Property, Ellesmere Sand & Gravel Co Ltd trading as TG Holidays & Leisure(TGHL)

2    The Property is defined as any one of the three apartments at Cim Farm, Abersoch, namely Cim, Cim Canol or Cim Bach.

3    Holidaymaker is defined as the individual who has made the booking or any member of the individual’s party staying at the Property.

4    All Holidaymakers will be responsible for any damage , breakages or special/heavy cleaning costs that arise a consequence of the Holidaymakers stay at the Property.

5    A deposit of 10% of the total booking fee is payable at the time of booking and the balance of the remaining total booking fee is payable 4 weeks before the arrival date.  If a booking is made within 4 weeks of the arrival date, the full amount due for the total booking fee  is payable at the time of booking.

6    If a booking is cancelled more than 4 weeks before the date of arrival, then the deposit paid will be forfeited and retained by the Owner.
If a booking is cancelled under 4 weeks from the date of arrival but more than 3 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the total booking fee will be returned to the Holidaymaker.
If a booking is cancelled less than 4 days before the date of arrival , the total booking fee will  retained by the Owner.

7    No pets are allowed are allowed into the Property and no smoking is permitted within the Property.

8    The Owner  reserves the right to gain access to the Property at any reasonable time if necessary and to terminate the Holidaymaker’s stay if the Owner reasonably believes  that the Holidaymaker is behaving unlawfully or that  damage or excessive nuisance  is likely to be caused , has been caused or is being caused through the behaviour of the Holidaymaker.

9    The Owner accepts no liability for any loss, damage, sickness or injury however caused which may be sustained by the Holidaymaker or to any vehicle or other equipment belonging to the Holidaymaker, whilst staying at the Property.

10    The booking fee payable by the Holidaymaker is inclusive of electricity, gas  and heating.  All bed linen, hand and bath towels are provided for use solely within the Property, the Holidaymaker is expected to provide beach towels etc for use outside the Property
